PRODUKCE RADIM PROCHAZKA is a leading Czech film and TV production company.The tale of a manager (who siphons off funds) and his family on the run – Long Live the Family!, directed by Robert Sedláček – was, according to the critics the Best Czech Film of 2011.
Company produces films of Czech classic Karel Vachek (most recently Obscurantist and his Lineage, 2011), as well as organising his international retrospectives (for example, at the National Gallery of Art in Washington) and masterclasses (for example, at Harvard University). Lately, it has been focusing on international co-productions: co-operated on films with Italy (doc Wolf, prod. Vivo Film, post-prod., dir. Claudio Giovanesi) Germany (fiction Julius Schmitke, Credo: Film, post-prod, dir. Stepan Altricher) and Slovakia (doc Fragile Identity, Ultrafilm, dir.
